Location Transport

Would this class as good public transport system?

Currently my city has a population of about 140,000 for shcool Im researching how effective our public transport is; Theres 26 bus routes with buses on alll routes running every 20-30minutes off-peak and 5-10minutes on-peak aswell as free cbd shuttles runing every 5mins. Aswell as buses to neighbouring towns and long ditance buses that run privately. Fares are $1-$2 for 2hour ticket on all busroutes. Theres plans to implement a commuter train service to the capital city. There are train lines around the city aswell as a subway running under the cbd but at current no commuter trains run on these lines anymore. So basically how does this stack up against other public transport systems around the world?
