How reliable is EMS (Thailand) for shipping to USA?

I bought some items. Seller sent an EMS number that starts with EE and ends with TH. Was sent 18-36 hours ago, but the status when I track the EMS number shows up as "Item not found". Is EMS tracking updated in real time, is there a lag? Is the delivery of the item ahead of the tracking? Regards, William

1. parcel sent from Asia to the US sometime can take 3-4 weeks to arrive, just be patient and wait, the system in Asia is not as advance as in the US
2. THIS IS THAILAND! So, please be patient. But I assure you, your package will arrive in its destination!
3. Many people have asked this same question here on items they have ordered also. It's seem that his tracking system does not work well with parcels sent overseas. I think you just have to wait it out. Normal first class mail I send from here to the USA usually takes about 7 to 10 days to arrive at the destination. If you don't hear something in 10 days I would contact the seller.
