Car transport to Germany?

I sold a car to a woman in germany-its paid for so its time to transport. She has a transporter in germany that is making the arrangements. All we need to do is to process the paperwork here. The problem is the auto transporters here in the states are not interested in doing the paperwork for the standard fee of 100-150 if they dont get the whole job of transporting.These ships depart weekly but i need the proper paperwork--Anyone run into this before ? name a company on the east coast? thanks
