Is it possible to track someone's cell phone by GPS?

Like Pahud tracking Parisa's cell phone location in the movie "Mall Cop"... hah that movie was funny. If so, is it illegal? thanks :O oh and if there's a website you can do it on please put the linky in :D "Peanut Blart and Jelly!" lolz trent, you are a very rude person.

2. You would have purchase a phone that looks like the users and pop their sim in, you can buy these from spy shops and usually you can check via web, I dont think its legal though.
3. yes, it is possible, but not with your standard computer. One would need a satellite in orbit, and some pretty fancy software.
