If it had been a cat instead of a fly in the transporter chamber in the movie "The Fly"?

would you have gone to see it? I mean, the guy would be turning into a half-man half-cat, and the cat would be turning into a half-cat half man. Would that be a cool movie or just weird? Thank you for reading this and taking the time to answer.

1. I have never heard of that before. But cats are so much better than flies. Actually, they are so much better than everything.
2. It wouldn't have had the same gross out factor....and no ending scene..."HELP ME" Still creeps me out!
