Location Transport

Is there public transportation/greyhound type way to get from Orlando Airport to Venice, FL?

we are stripped of dough, but got an amazing deal on a vacation out to florida. The only thing we can't quite figure out is if we can get from orlando airport to a cottage/house in venice, fl without renting a car. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks! it will help to know that in advance! I guess we'll get a rental... :)

1. No...you'd have to get a cab to the greyhound station in west orlando...if I had to guess it'd be $50 including tip...that's just a guess but I bet it's ball park.
2. You could always rent a car for the day to drive down, return it in Venice and then rent one again to drive back... it might be cheaper.
