How long is the delay in ground transportation from airport to Manhattan today?

1. It all depends on what time of day you are coming into the city. If you are coming in during the morning and evening rush hour it could be a few hours, but I believe after 11am (that's the four-person rule in a car), its pretty much your "regular" cab ride from JFK to the city - which is usually about 40 minutes to an hour.
