What car shipping company is the best?

I'm planning on shipping my car from Chicago,IL to Maui,HI in the next couple of months.What company is the most reliable,safest one and reasonable prices? Also,what are some of the procedures and requirements? Anyone know?

1. I used: http://www.uship.com/ to ship my motorcycle cross country you should check it out, shippers bid on your shipment and you deal with them directly, not sure about crossing the ocean, it doesn't cost anything to list your request, you pay when you accept the deal and it is in transit

3. We used 1st Choice Shipping they were great. www.1stchoiceshipping.com Picked them because of their rating with the BBB. I could not believe how many other companies had F ratings!
4. You should definitely check out Transport Reviews.com (http://www.transportreviews.com). They currently show over 30,000 customer ratings and reviews of over 1,300 vehicle transport companies. Possibly more importantly they show the reviews and companies based on routes like Illinois to Hawaii. It shows what prices others have paid, what their rating was and more. I'm guessing that is pretty much what you are looking for. As far as procedures and requirements the company that you contact should give you information. Since the vehicle will end up on a boat there are some special requirements in regards to fuel levels. Matson's website, one of the popular over water shippers, say they require "1/4 tank of gas or less." Hope this helps. Good luck.
