Cheapest transportation from Airport to Nassau?

What's the cheapest transportation from the Nassau International Airport to downtown Nassau? How much is it? I believe the public transit doesn't go that far, is that true?

1. A taxi cab/van will do the trick.
2. You will have to take a taxi at least to cable beach which is about $8-12 (i think) and catch a bus into downtown $1. However, they do not allow luggage on the buses. I think a cab downtown is about $30. Its pretty much your only option.
3. A taxi is really and truly your best bet. You should be able to get one under $25 to downtown area.
4. The only means of transportation would be that of a Taxi which is a rate between $22 - $25.
