How to get from Watford, Herts to Luton airport by public transportation?

Also early in the morning or late in the night?

1. bus, taxi, train ... the usual ....
2. you can use the regular bus services or use national Express which runs 24 hour coach. Otherwise it is a tax to the airport
3. National Express is a good option (see link). I suggest you book early as at times I have missed out on seats!! There are other buses that go to Luton eg Greeline and easybus, but I'm not sure they go to Watford. See the other links for help
