How do I get the exact location to put twin hood scoops on a 1970 Plymouth Duster?

I made templates out of cardboard and I'm ready to drill the holes.What I need to know exact location.I did see a web site for a Dart.It talked about factory holes on the underside.My hood does'nt have any.Some kind of measurments could be helpfull.

1. i would have just got the whole fiberglass hood but the best place to ask is moparts.com, i have a 67 dart i am planning to put a hemi hood scoop on.
2. you would have to have a special sports package ( maybe 340) for the duster to have the holes under the hood and the duster of that year never had the scoops factory.
