How can www.endless.com afford to offer free overnight shipping anywhere in the US?

I work for an online company, and we constantly struggle with our shipping costs. Shipping packages via an overnight service is generally 5-6 times more expensive than shipping via regular ground, so I'm curious as to how they can afford to offer this type of service.

1. Have you looked at their prices? That is how they can afford offering free over-night delivery. What they do is take the average cost of delivery and add it to their total product cost then they add their profit margin. Total Product cost + Average Delivery Cost + profit = Product Price
