best transportation from shanghai airport to city center when arriving late?

will be arriving airport around 12:30 a.m.. does the airport bus still operate at that time? we are a party of four and carrying two big luggages whats the most reasonable alternate to travel. if taxi how much would it be roughly to go to the city center?
