how can i get a bird transporter in WoW?

what lvl do u have to be how much is it for most basic bird transport im a human warrior

1. lvl 60 600g for normal training plus another 50g for the actual mount. less if you have rep with honor hold http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/basics/mounts/flying.html
2. you need to be a level 70 to use a flying mount. they can be purchased for about 80g. but the training will cost you much more. 400g if i remember correctly. i quit playing a few months ago after leveling 2 characters to level 80. it got boring, i will give it a rest for a few months then go back.
