Is there a transport company that can ship my car with luggage, me, and my dog at the same time to Hawaii?

I am moving to Hawaii in 6 months for school. I have a Dog, 42" TV, and an SUV that I need to take there with me. Who can I pay to ship everything there in one trip? Most vehicle movers say the car needs to be empty. Do I need to hire someone privately? Any serious input is appreciated.

1. You cannot do this. The car movers are correct.
2. The reason most car carriers won't allow you to leave load in the car is insurance restrictions. Some might let you leave few personal items in the trunk.
