Does the (FREE with Super Saver Shipping) apply to countries outside U.S.A ?

i want to buy an item from amazon.com but i don;t know how to contact them.. the item im buying has FREE with Super Saver Shipping... also it says (This item is also available for shipping to select countries outside the U.S.) does that mean i get to buy the item with free shipping although i'm living outside U.S.A ?

1. No, it only applies to U.S. orders. Might want to try your own contires amazon. I.E. amazon in canada is amazon.ca
