Amazon Free Super Saver Shipping Question?

Ok So I'm Buying This Nike Bag That Costs 25. It says free shipping. I was wondering if i buy another item that cost $1.66 but the shipping costs $2.98 do i get free shipping on both items? I'm not sure if they are eligible. 1. If you purchase them at the same time (i.e. both in your cart at the same time and paid for at the same time), and they both say "eligible for free super saver shipping" on the pages where you order them, then yes, they're both free.
2. If you order them together & they both come from Amazon & not one of the other companies that sells on Amazon, then YES
