How do I get clear sky solar irradiation amount for a location?

I am trying to find out the clear sky solar irradiation (direct & diffuse) at a particular location on a horizontal surface at a given hour on any given day. Does anyone know a source where I can find this data? I'm particularly interested in this data for the SURFRAD station at Desert Rock, NV.
