Location Transport

Can anyone track you or find ur location via cell phone numbers or cell phone contact?

For example...lets say someone (no E911 or emergency personal) had ur cell phone number, could they find where your address was??? Like even if they were a computer "whiz?"

1. only if your cell phone number is on public record somewhere with your name or address
2. If they know who your cell phone provider is; one could potentially persuade an employee to divulge your information. But otherwise no. If the only information someone has is your "cell phone number" there is no way to reverse engineer the numbering sequence and come up with a billing address. You should supply a little more information for a more precise answer.
