What caused the crash of Sarah Palin's Plane?

The Associated Press reports that Former Governor, Sarah Palin, narrowly escaped injury when the aircraft that she was piloting was forced to make an emergency landing south of Fairbanks because of bad weather. National Transportation Safety Board officials have issued a preliminary determination that pilot error contributed to the accident, and that the Governor was flying the aircraft alone in IFR (instrument flight rating) conditions while only having obtained a VFR (visual flight rating) rating. The absence of a post-crash fire was likely due to insufficient fuel on board. No one on the ground was injured. The photograph below, taken at the scene, shows the extent of damage to Governor Palin's aircraft. She was very lucky! http://www.berkeleysquarejazz.com/blog/pix/broom.jpg (Copied with permission)

  7. There she goes taking off without proper preparation again!!!
  8. She interfered with a local quiditch game and was promptly bludgeoned by the beaters. It was entirely pilot error!
