Abu Dhabi School/Housing?

Hello my family will be relocating to Abu Dhabi soon. Would like any advice on reputatable international schools there? My girls will be 9 and 13 years old next year. Are there long waiting lists to most schools, or is it quite easy to enrol? I know that in some parts of middle east, some parents had to wait months before their children can get placement in a school! What is the average yearly school fees like? My husband is offered AED21,000/year/child for education. I wonder if this is sufficient? Also, can anyone suggest some good areas/locations that we can look for houses? Is an allowance of AED18,000/month sufficient to cover housing and transport? How much does a car cost over there? And finally - to all of you out there who have relocated to Abu Dhabi - how has it been for you? Thanks for reading!
