I forgot to renew my driver license from last 13 months?
I have been taking public transport but I always renew my driver license just in case I may need it but this year I completely forgot. I live in Saskatchewan Canada, anyone knows what can be penalty?

- None if you never drive
- There is no penalty for having an expired drivers license unless you are driving.
- HERE IN MANITOBA.. GUESS ITS THE SAME BUT THERE SHOULDNT BEE A PENALTY..I THINK U HAVE 3 YRS TO PAY IT.. AND ASAP ..I DO THE SAME I PAY BUT I DONT DRIVE IN THE CITY..I PAID MINE AFTER 2 YRS.
- Local laws apply. Around here there is no penalty. The only trouble is using it out of date. You use it out of date and that is a problem. Just possessing it is not a problem. The renewal process is more difficult. That's about it. You have to have current documentation and proof of identity. Check with local laws for more information.
