Who is going to stop the BNP inciting violence and racial hatred?

The BNP supporters, through their hurtfull ignorant comments incite racial hatred and incite violence against anybody who is non-white or "slightly different"....They are FACISTS plane and simple! ... 1984 style! There is a great deal of evidence to prove they are a Nazi Style Party...(Source: BBC). The general public in the UK should protest against these thugs, (sorry, people) everywhere they meet ..yes..there is UNITE AGAINST FACISIM & ANTI-NAZI LEAGUE..who do big demos, but far right wing ignorant views should be challenged everywhere..why? you may ask ..well because their comments are extreamly damaging..and do not help the real informed political debate that should be happening. People looking for somebody to blame for their problems are easily brain washed by people like the BNP and their supporters. The BNP supporter's actions, along with groups like Combat 18 and the National Front, and Northern Ireland loyalist gangs can cause great damage and harm. As shown on TV recently their supporters can force hundreds of Romainians to flea from their homes due to intimidation from right-wing gangs. (BBC News reported there was a BNP/Combat 18 connection to these attacks in Belfast). *The PSNI have now had to hide the Romainians at a "Secret Location" in Northern Ireland....(*Source BBC Radio 4). Why do some people think that the BNP has the answer to the problem of mass immigration, most of which is eccomomic immigration anyway. Does anybody think that the BNP has any other policies apart from "get rid of all non-white British people" for all areas of government. The BNP, it seems, is a one policy Party, a racist party and a facist party.

5. The only way we can stop them from implementing their ridiculous policies is to vote for someone else. They have the right to free speech, the same as everybody else. I disagree with them wholeheartedly, but I don't believe we should start removing their rights. If they incite violence and discrimination, we need to report them, prove they're doing it, and hope that the legal system will punish them. We need to protest against what they say, but not against their right to say it.

Personally I think it is up to the British electorate to stop the BNP by not voting for them and the responsibility falls to the media, campaign groups and other parties to warn the British people of what the BNP is (racist, basically fascist) and to highlight the twisted ideals at the heart of the party. If the BNP break the law in the mean time the police will deal with them the same as with anyone else.
