How fast are shipping rates?

I bought a suitcase and it should be leaving from Los Angeles latest Wednesday and is being shipped to Phoenix. Could it get here by Friday? No fancy shipping just regular. It is going by UPS so when would it get here if it shipped on tuesday? or Wednesday?
