HELP WITH UPS SHIPPING ANY HELP IS NEEDED PLEASE?

I ordered something and UPS is shipping it. But the Status is "Exception" and it said "Your package has experienced an exception." What does this mean? Will I still get my package? Please reply.Also on shipping it said it got delayed in louisville. So is the package still getting shipped to me??

1. an exception could be caused by a weather delay, package broke open, bad address or missing apt or suite number...any number of things. call 1-800-PICK UPS and give them the tracking number
