What public transport route should i use from stansted airport to Notting Hill W2 3SY?

Travelling to London from Scotland this week and am totally clueless re. the public transport system!!! I know there are buses/trains to take me into central london, but 1. not sure which is best (in terms of transfer) and 2. no idea where to go from there. HELP!!! xx

1. Stansted Airport Rail Station, take the National Express East Anglia to Liverpool Street Station, then CENTRAL LINE on Underground to Queensway.
