What incentives for you to take public transport more often?

For example, how about: more frequent buses with more guarantee of a seat air-conditioned and heated buses beside each bus-stop a maintained public toilet, an adjoining convenience/newspaper kiosk, clean chairs to sit down and wait on, thorough information detailing times and route maps, safety in the form of a security guard, especially at night a guarded bicycle rack so you could cycle home or use a city bicycle-share program.... anything else? what are the main issues for you?

2. For me, frequency and cost are the most important, followed by direct routes that go where I want to go.
