Public transport - from kt66aw to kt92bz, London?

Hi I need to travel from kt66aw to kt92bz. I need to travel by bus. If there is anyone living in the area who travels around by bus, i'd appreciate your help. Does the bus number 71 go anywhere near that place... thanks
