do you think these excuses will help not get license suspended?!?!?!?!!? very worried please help?

i been driving for close to a year now, im 20 years old. I have my G2 liscense and it says below here if i have 6 demerit points my liscence MAY be suspended but i have to go through an interview. I use my car to go to work and college, i have no criminal record or speeding tickets. and 2 tickets i recieved was failing to stop at stop sign, and fail to yield which is 3 points each, adding up to 6 points. Will those excuses above help me not get my license suspended like going to school, and work???? thank you!!! **********Upon the accumlation of six (6) demerit points the Ministry of Transportation may suspend the driver's licence or require the driver to attend at the offices of the MTO to show cause why their drivers licence should not be suspended.

  1. i hope not. i don't want you on the road if your one of those dumbasses that don't yield.
  2. Making the same mistakes multiple times definitely hurts your case. You have to remember that the law doesn't care that you "need" you car - everyone "needs" their car because public transportation sucks. Not having any speeding tickets will help you, but you did some reckless driving, you failed to learn the lesson, and you'll probably pay for it. There really is no valid excuse for what you did - man up.
  3. Speeding would be preferable to running stops and failing to yield. You need a better excuse.
  4. In America they would allow you to attend defensive driving classes to remove 2 points from your license, do they have something like that in the UK?
