Location Transport

Is there a public transportation from Arlanda international airport in Sweden to the city Uppsala?

My plane is going to arrive in Arlanda at 23:40. So after getting my luggage I will be ready to continue travelling around 00:00. My question is if I will be able to reach Uppsala in the middle of the night by bus or other public transportation. Has anybody an experience in that? Please help! Thank you for your help in advance!
