Hi, On January 5th, I ordered some equipment for my bike on Amazon.com with a gift card that I received as a Christmas present. I placed my order and was able to choose "Free Super Saver Shipping" as my shipping option. Where I live, there is snow on the ground right now that will prevent me from riding my bike, which is why I chose the free shipping option. I knew it would take longer, and I'm in no hurry because I only use my bike in the spring, summer and fall. But, it's starting to annoy me that the shipping status has been "Item Shipping Soon" since I ordered on Tuesday morning. Do they have an issue with their tracking system or something? I don't expect the stuff to have been delivered two days after I ordered but it would be nice to see an updated shipping log at the least. I had the order "grouped into as little shipments as possible". Has anyone else had this experience? Maybe this is just because Super Saver shipping is free and they don't upgrade the shipping status as part of the deal. Can you give me some info on this? Thanks so much and happy riding!
