UPS Employees (Question about ground shipping)?

I ordered an RC helicopter for my son on December 12th off of eBay as a Christmas present. The shipping was free and said "UPS Ground 3-8 business days". I then checked the additional details and it was estimated to be here by the 23rd (Today, the 8th business day after cleared payment). What do you think I should do? Wait until Friday, or try to contact eBay/the seller? I know shipping is pretty crazy xmas week but do you guys think it will be here tomorrow? The seller didn't give me a tracking number. I tried to ask him for it, but he didn't reply.

1. What you need is the tracking number. Then you can go on UPS.com and find out where the package is.
