What is the cheap / fast transport method from Miami to Orlando?

I am arriving at Miami International Airport and would need transportation from there to International Drive in Orlando. What is the fastest and not too expensive means of transport?

1. Check for a bus that may go directly there, or if you are staying at a hotel, check and see if the hotel has a "cheap or free" pick up service. I am sure Taxi will cost you an arm and leg, if you can drive, maybe even Rent a car, but you will have to have a Credit Card to Rent a car.
