flying into orlando.. questions about transportation?

ok.. i will be flying into orlandos other airport not the bigger one.. and i need to get to disney coroando springs resort.. then after a couple days i would like to change hotels to one closer to universals.. so i would in transportation there.. then i would need it once again to go to the airport but this time i will being flying out of orlandos main airport.. is all these places so far from each other that a cab is out of the question?? or do they have buses of shuttles.. im trying to get out of renting a car for the time there.. because i wont really be going any place once i get to these parks.

1. If you switch it around it might be a bit easier for you... if you haven't booked your trip already. Since you are flying OUT of MCO (orlando international), I would say stay at the Disney resort the last leg of your trip because they provide complimentary transportation to and from MCO. This is only available from MCO and only at Disney resorts. As for Universal, try getting a Mears shuttle from Sanford to the hotel, and you can do the same thing when you are changing hotels, or you could call a cab. Disney has transportation from all hotels to all of the parks, and you can also pick up buses to other hotels for restaurants. Universal has a boat system where you can get to the hotels if you stay on property (which I would reccomend.) Hope this helps
2. Taxis get really expensive. Your best options aside from renting a car would probably be either taking a shuttle from the airport (the airport website will list shuttle companies that operate out of there) or using the Lynx bus system (the Orlando area's public transport). 3. They will take you by Disney bus if you are staying at one of Disney Resorts. So once you get to the airport your fine getting to Disney. ( That is if you are in Orlando International..I didn't understand where you were saying your flying into??) You can take a cab to Universal area hotel. It's right next to Disney. But Florida cabs cost quite a bit so it will probably be like $60.00 even though it's literally a 10- 15 min drive. then a cab back to the airport will be about the same amount. you can look up the cab services around Disney and they will give you a price on where you are getting picked up to where you are going, so then you have some sort of idea how much it will cost you.
