Ontario G2 license Question: Crossing the American border?

After having your G2 for six months, are you allowed to cross the American border? I cheeecked the Ministry of Transportation website and it didn't say anything about it, Any ideas? Actually, you can drive on the highway the moment you get your G2

2. I'm not entirely sure but I wouldnt think so since its expected that you would be driving on the highways and you need a G for that.
3. I am fairly certain that you will be allowed to, but you should first check the DMV of the state you plan on entering to ensure.
