how long does it take for a prepaid UPS shipping label to arrive?

i requested a repair for my 360 on saturday, and it said it should take no longer than 2 business days. its now thursday, and still nothing.

2. Don't they email it to you?
3. They email you the UPS label which you will need to print and attach to the package. You can then call up UPS to arrange the collection. They must do a lot of them because the UPS driver who came to collect mine walked up to me and said "XBox 360 is it?".
