- according to a friend on here absolutely nothing, yet the other day when it rained and i was out, my coat melted. That was a joke but seriously it is f**king up the environment. There are less trees so more carbon dioxide is being churned into the air and we cannot deal with it. There are more children with asthma in inner city areas, entire breeds of birds, insects and small mammals are dying off. And it makes Manchester look smoggy when you drive here from Sheffield at night time.
- growing economies around the world. saving lives. bringing people and countries closer together. in general, making life more enjoyable.
- My bike is having very little effect thank you, although I did put a new freewheel and chain on it recently, that would have had some embedded energy.
- Nothing. I mean that in both ways. Stop all this global warming nonsense please your just making it worse for yourself and everyone else.
- SURELY you can see the damage all around you.
- Without being too technical, see the blackened buildings and all that black stuff on the side of roads? What is that? Soot? That, my friend, is carcinogenic dust. i.e. A collections of particles from cars etc., that are so fine they get deep inside our lungs causing cancers - doctors have warned. It takes "22 trees to combat the pollution of one car." (At the last count, they are still chopping down trees...) I hope that gives some clues... (sorry to be gloomy)
