Location Transport

is it unusual to hate public transport?

I prefer to get drove everywhere by car e.g.. my dads car I hate trains i dont know why I hate buses too many people I hate taxis - too expensive and every other sort of transport.. is this weird?

1. no, this isn't weird at all, but i have a love hate relationship with public transport myself.
2. no my man wont use it at all, he hates it with a passion. so there are lots out there that hate it
3. Your not alone. I refuse to uses buses as there very expensive, take convoluted routes and are full of the sort of people I have no wish to share my travel with. Trains are as bad and where I live the service is very poor. Taxi's are just too expensive. My car is so much cheaper and I take take 4 people for the price of 1 on public transport Yet I love aeroplanes. Ian M
4. Buses Stink & are full of Chavs, Trains you have to get to the station, Taxis are ok, Most people if they are truthful like their own cars, ( even if PT was free )
5. Trains suck because they cost too much and have too many people crammed in them by the time rush hour comes. I hate taxis because they're too expensive. Minicabs are much cheaper than black cabs at the end of a night out though. I hate buses because they're expensive, full of chav mums with prams, dirty bums who smell of cider, they only come when they feel like it and not to mention the miserable and rude bus driver!
6. To dislike public transport or prefer other means of travel is quite usual. To hate public transport is a bit too much. Hate is a very strong and overused word.
