How i can locate a cell phone number

i have 3 drivers in my company and i need to know the exact location of them at any time, the cellphones they have are from my company. how can i track them? if there is a program that does that i will like to know witch one is it. thank you

1. Some cell phones have tracking ability. Motorola iDEN cell phones, RIM BlackBerry phones, or Windows Mobile PocketPC phones carried by Nextel, Boost Mobile, AT&T(Cingular), SouthernLINC or Telus MIKE (Canada) can all be turned into a GPS tracking device. You can chek out my Squidoo Lens listed below for details on it. You can also get a real time gps tracker if you need one (those aren't really cheap)
