Can anyone tell me where I can get Ontario custom licence plates?

I'm trying to get Ontario custom licence plates and other then the ministry on transportation I don't know where I can get them. Any help? I know i have to get them vaildated at the ministry but the woman i talked to said i get get the actual licence plates somewhere else

1. If you want them to be valid you must contact the Ministry.
2. the place where you renew your license plate
3. in ontario the only legal place to get licence plates it at the MTO officies and if you dont you can get your car impounded also without mto licence plates you will not get insurance in ontario
4. go to one of the MTO offices!! i was there about a month ago fixing my drivers licence (because they spelt my name wrong :P) and i saw like info on how to customize licence plates :)
