EMS shipping from China to Mexico?

I just recently bought something thought the internet and the seller told me she would be using EMS shipping service to send me my package. The thing is, she gave me the tracking number but when i try to track my stuff (entering the tracking number and verification code) the EMS page loads but all that appears is an error page with some Chinese text I'm obviously unable to read. Does anyone has had the same problem when using EMS system? Is there any solution to this? Thanks in advance!
