From ON to QC...how do I change over health coverage?

We're moving to Montreal...does anyone know where I start to change over from Ontario health insurance to Quebec insurance? What governing body do I look up in Quebec? Also, what is the licencing bureau called in Montreal? Here it is the ministry of transportation. Thanks a million for answering.

1. You need to notify OHIP by using a change of information form that is available off their website. That part can be mailed in. Ontario is going to cover you for the month you move to Quebec, plus the next 2 months.
