Weed and Appendicitis?

I'm 16 years old and I've recently been having chronic stomach pains in my lower right abdomen and i can feel a small lump in the exact location of my appendix. The last time i smoked was yesterday and ill probably be going to the doctor within the next 2 or 3 days. My parents dont know i smoke and id prefer to keep it that way. Is there anything I should be worried about?

1. if its been going on for 2 or 3 days, its probably not your appendix. have the doc check it out anyway, and make sure you tell him whats going on (behind closed doors of course)
2. NO, the doctor will not be able to tell. Even is he has you pee in a cup dont get scared hes just testing for iron levels or whatever and theres no way he can tell you smoked.
3. Yes you should be worried about your drug induced paranoia or even hallucination. That isn't even an appendix symptom. If anything it would be a hernia. That should keep you busy worrying for the next few hours..
