How much do car transporters charge per mile?

Im going to be moving quite a few miles away, and the car I have is worth keeping. Who do I seek about getting it transported (by train or by truck)? How much is the standard per mile rate? I am moving 3000 miles away! So thats not possible. The car is worth keeping too.
