Location Transport

Going on holiday in June/July need suggestions?

My Family and I are planning on taking the euro-star to France, we would like to go somewhere which is likely to be dry and warm, possibly on the beach. We would like to go somewhere with history too. We wont be taking the car so all transport would be done by train. Could you help me with some destination names which have a train station linking to the euro-star on the south coast of France. Thanks.
