Why won't my revised shipping rates show up on my eBay item for sale?

I originally posted the item for shipping in the USA only, and several bids were placed on the item. After an email question about mailing the item to Italy, I tried to revise the shipping to "worldwide" and have the calculator for shipping rates added to my page. Ebay claims the changes occured, but after viewing my item again, the changes are NOT added to my item page. Why not?

1. You will only see the other postage rates if you actually click on the item you are selling in "my Ebay" and on the Postage line just under the price click on "see all details". Pick another country from the drop down list, Italy or the UK for example. Then it should show what the rate is to that country. Remember to set it back afterwards. If in doubt change your listing back if he hasn't bid already.
