Location Transport

Can anyone help me with transportation from Fort Riley to Kansas City Airport?

My husband is on leave to drive with me to Fort Riley Kansas from Kissimmee FL. He needs transportation from the base to Kansas City International Airport. A transportation agency wants to charge me $195. I think that with all the spending we have, that is too much. Does anyone know another reliable transportation or have had experience in Fort Riley with the transportation office? Thanks! We need a cheaper way or company to do this!
