What is this tv show called?

It's about 3 kids and a dragon trying to find these artifacts that contains special powers in each. There's this male teen, female who loves cell phones-I think her name is Kimeko or something-and this short asian kid who is yellow. The small dragon can turn huge and is usually the transportation for the 3 kids. What is this show called? It's been driving me nuts.
