- Metro Light Rail links the hub of Central Station and Sydney’s Inner Western Suburbs via Haymarket, Pyrmont, Glebe and Rozelle. Sydney Fish Markets, Star City Casino, Darling Harbour and Chinatown are also accessible by Metro Light Rail. Sydney Monorail travels through the City and winds its way above Chinatown, over George Street, takes you through the shopping heart of the City, then travels past the Queen Victoria Building to Darling Harbour.
- Its not intended to be a 'serious' form of public transport. The system runs a scenic route and is priced for tourists.
- Metro Light Rail is a Tram. It runs from Central Station through the city streets past Darling Harbour then through Pyrmont and other inner harbour suburbs to Rozelle then back again. The Monorail runs a loop around the Darling Harbour precinct and also into the heart of city.
