Will used vehicle information package help me?

I want to go to Ontario Ministry of Transportation and check the history of an used car from a dealer. If the car was originally from the US, will the Canadian ministry have full records if it's been in an accident? Thank you. 1. It depends, as vehicle titles are administered by state, and the MoT may not have insight into all of the states where a vehicle may have been titled or all of the activity that occurred therein. It also depends upon the amount and type of information the final U.S. registered state provides to external entities. Your best bet will be to purchase an independent U.S. vehicle history report from a provider like CarFax that can give you a generally more comprehensive summary of its U.S. existence. Best of luck. I hope this helps.
